Want to withdraw from a purchase? Send your request here. Good to know: our products are digital and delivered straight away. You agreed to that at checkout, so the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. We look at every request and reply within 2 working days.

How it works

Two steps, then it is sent

Fill in the form Your name and email address, plus the order reference from your order email if you have it.

Check and confirm You see a summary first. Your request is only sent once you confirm it.

Confirmation by email You get an acknowledgement with the date and time we received it. Nothing is refunded automatically: we check your order first. If a refund applies, it follows within 14 days.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts if you expressly agreed to that at checkout (see the terms, section 5). Not sure? Send the form anyway, we look at every request.
