These terms apply to every purchase on Quicklearnsheets.com: individual learnsheet sets and bundles, online practice access, and organisation subscriptions. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
All products are digital: PDF downloads and/or online practice unlocked in your account. Immediately after payment you receive a download link by email, and your purchases also appear in your account where you can re-download them at any time. No physical goods are shipped.
Consumer prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Organisation subscription prices are shown excluding VAT and charged per teacher seat; the correct VAT, or a reverse charge for buyers with a valid EU VAT number, is calculated at checkout and stated on your invoice. Payments are processed by Mollie; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change, but a change only affects an organisation from its next renewal.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the law provides that this right expires early when three things happen together: (1) you expressly request immediate delivery during the withdrawal period, (2) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) delivery begins. Our checkout asks for exactly this consent with a checkbox before you pay, and we confirm it in your order email.
If you did not give that consent, or delivery has not started, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason: email info@quicklearnsheets.com or use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. We will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method.
You are entitled to digital content that works as promised (the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, in Belgium two years for a one-off supply). If your download is broken, a file is corrupt or content is missing, contact us at any time at info@quicklearnsheets.com: we will fix it, replace the file or refund you. This guarantee is free of charge and is not limited by any shorter contact window.

All content is protected by copyright and remains our property.
An organisation subscription extends the licence for professional use. It grants an organisation access to all content in all languages for the number of teacher seats it subscribes to. The coordinator account holds the first seat and may invite one additional teacher for each further seat (for example, a 5-seat plan covers the coordinator plus four invited teachers). Use is limited to that organisation and includes all future content updates while the subscription is active. Subscriptions do not permit redistribution, resale or public sharing of the files.
The subscription is billed per teacher seat, either monthly or yearly:
Automatic renewal. Yearly plans renew automatically for successive one-year periods. We email you a reminder with the renewal invoice before the new period starts. You can cancel at any time from your account up to the day before the renewal date; after a renewal you can still cancel at any time with effect from, at the latest, two months after cancellation, and any prepaid amount for the period after that date is refunded pro rata.
You can change the number of seats at any time from your account. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access continues during a 14-day grace period and then pauses until payment is made. For 50+ seats or a custom arrangement, contact info@quicklearnsheets.com.

If we can't work it out, consumers in Belgium can turn to the Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst), Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussels, +32 (0)2 702 52 00, www.consumentenombudsdienst.be: a free, independent service for out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers in other EU countries can use the dispute-resolution bodies of their own country.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, in case of death or personal injury, or where mandatory law (including the legal guarantee and consumer protection rules) provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring or face proceedings before the courts of your own country as provided by EU law. For business customers, the courts of our registered office in Belgium have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order; for organisation subscriptions, changes take effect at the next renewal and we announce them with the renewal reminder.
