Yes. Choose yearly billing and select "Pay on invoice (30 days)". You'll receive a proper invoice with your organisation's details and VAT number, no credit card needed. Need a quote or PO reference first? Request a quote and we'll prepare one.
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country. For organisations with a valid EU VAT number outside the Netherlands, the reverse-charge mechanism is applied automatically, so no VAT is added to your invoice.
Yes. Many schools and public bodies require Peppol. Add your Peppol ID when you order, or mention it in a quote request, and we'll deliver your invoices over the Peppol network.
The account that buys the subscription becomes the coordinator and manages seats and invites from the dashboard. Need a second coordinator or to transfer ownership? Contact us and we'll set it up.
No. You pay per teacher seat, never per student. Each teacher can print as many copies as their groups need and invite unlimited students, with no hidden per-learner fees.
We only store the details needed to run your subscription and issue invoices. Payments are processed by Mollie and card details never touch our servers. You can request export or deletion of your organisation's data at any time.
