3. Answer key included
This sounds obvious, but many learnsheet packs omit the answer key or include it as a separate download you have to hunt for. For classroom use, you want the answer key on a clearly separate page you can keep at your desk. Not embedded in the student sheet where curious eyes can find it.
4. Print-friendly design
A learnsheet with heavy color fills, small fonts, or decorative borders that bleed ink will frustrate both your printer and your students. Good classroom learnsheets are clean, high-contrast, and optimized for both color and black and white printing.
5. Consistent format across topics
If you teach multiple vocabulary units per term, consistency matters. When students see the same exercise structure week after week, they spend zero time figuring out what to do.
